Montalvo Corporate Growth Solutions LLC (“Montalvo Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates montalvocorp.com and provides marketing, consulting, and growth services to businesses and organizations. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
When you fill out a form, book a call, subscribe to a resource, or contact us, we collect what you provide:
- Name and job title
- Email address
- Phone number, including mobile number if you give us one
- Company name, website, and industry
- Anything you tell us about your business or your goals
Information we collect automatically
When you visit montalvocorp.com, our servers and analytics tools record standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent. We use this to understand what’s working on the site and to keep it secure.
Information from calls and messages
When you call or text our business line, we record the phone number, the time, and the content of the conversation so we can serve you well and keep an accurate record of what we discussed. Calls may be recorded or transcribed. If a call is being recorded, we tell you at the start of the call.
How We Use Your Information
We use what we collect to:
- Respond to your questions and requests
- Schedule and confirm calls and meetings
- Deliver the services you hired us for
- Send resources, guides, or updates you asked to receive
- Improve our website, our services, and our marketing
- Meet our legal and accounting obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We never have.
SMS and Text Messaging
This section covers our text messaging program specifically. Read it carefully if you’ve given us your mobile number.
How you opt in
You consent to receive text messages from us in one of three ways:
- You text our published business number first, which means you’re asking for a reply
- You check the SMS consent box on a form at montalvocorp.com. That box is never pre-checked, and you can submit the form without checking it
- You give us your mobile number and verbal consent during a call or a client onboarding conversation
We do not buy, rent, or import phone numbers from any list, broker, or third party. Every number in our system got there because the person it belongs to gave it to us directly.
What we send
Messages relate to your inquiry, your scheduled calls, or your active project. That includes replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups on work in progress. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Most people receive fewer than 10 messages per month.
How mobile data is shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers to deliver messages on our behalf, including Twilio. These providers process your number only to transmit our messages to you. They are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message and we’ll stop texting you. You’ll get one confirmation message, and then nothing further. Reply START if you change your mind and want messages again.

Carrier charges
Message and data rates may apply. Those charges come from your mobile carrier, not from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cookies and Analytics
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Who We Share Information With
We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers. Companies that help us operate, such as our email platform, calendar, CRM, hosting, and messaging providers. They may only use your data to perform work for us.
- Legal requirements. If a law, subpoena, or court order requires disclosure.
- Protecting people. If disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm.
- Business transfer. If the company is ever sold or merged, your information may transfer with it. We’d tell you first.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data is excluded from all sharing categories and is never provided to third parties for marketing purposes.
How Long We Keep It
We keep client records for as long as you’re a client and for seven years after, which is what our accounting and legal obligations require. We keep lead and inquiry records for three years unless you ask us to delete them sooner. We delete SMS opt-out records only when required, since we need them to honor your opt-out.
Your Choices
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that’s wrong
- Delete your information, where we’re not required to keep it
- Stop sending you marketing email or texts

Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted service providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t pretend otherwise. If a breach ever affects your data, we’ll notify you promptly.
Children
Our services are built for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Material changes get an email to active clients.
